Secret Peak is where MIR4's Darksteel race gets decided. Six bosses respawn on timers, two more run on a fixed clock, Legendary ore moves every time someone mines it, and every other player on the floor is allowed to attack you while you farm.

This guide puts the numbers in one place: which Secret Peak bosses respawn after 30 minutes and which after 60, when the two red bosses spawn, where the gold Darksteel markers sit on each floor layout, and how much power each floor asks for. The timers and spot maps come from Mirkit's Secret Peak map, which you can keep open in a browser tab while you play.

In MIR4's Secret Peak, 4 green bosses respawn 30 minutes after they die and 2 orange bosses after 60 minutes. Two red bosses spawn on a fixed schedule every 6 hours, and a Legendary ore node reappears somewhere else on the peak 60 minutes after it is mined.

How Secret Peak works

Secret Peak is one of MIR4's two Portal areas, alongside Magic Square. You enter a floor through the Portal, and each floor has a minimum Power Score. Higher floors hold stronger monsters and pay out more materials, at a better grade, from bosses, nodes and mobs.

Two rules shape everything else. PvP is on, so a contested Legendary node or a boss chest can turn into a fight. And your time inside is limited: the regular floors run on entry time that free entry or gold can refill, while the Fissured 11F added in May 2024 takes its own ticket and cannot be topped up either way.

That makes planning the real skill here. Wandering a floor wastes the minutes you have. Walking it on a timer does not.

Secret Peak floors and power requirements

Every floor raises the Power Score bar and the monster level. The figures for 7F through the Fissured 11F come from Wemade's patch notes at the time each floor launched. We found no Wemade notice for floors 1 to 6, so those come from GameWith's Secret Peak guide, last updated in August 2022 and still online.

Read these as the bar each floor opened with. Check the Portal screen in game before you plan around a threshold, since later patches can move it.

Floors 7 to 10 are also open during Expedition, the cross-server mode. The Fissured 11F ticket drops at a low rate from monsters on 8F to 10F, can be crafted from the Palace Craftsman Hyo Janggyeong in Bicheon or Sabuk Castle, and sells in the Clan Shop up to 3 times a week.

Secret Peak boss respawn timers

Secret Peak has 6 timed bosses: the 4 green ones respawn 30 minutes after they are killed and the 2 orange ones after 60 minutes. These are player-timed figures rather than numbers Wemade has published.

The green bosses sit at the top middle of the map, on the upper left, on the middle left and in the bottom right corner. The orange bosses hold the two side pockets, one on the far right and one on the lower left.

The clock starts at the kill, not when you arrive. If you walk up to an empty spawn, the only useful question is when that boss went down, which is why it pays to start a timer the second you or anyone else finishes one.

The two red bosses run on the clock

The red bosses don't wait for a kill. The Red Top Boss spawns at 04:00, 10:00, 16:00 and 22:00 server time, and the Red Bottom Boss at 01:00, 07:00, 13:00 and 19:00. Put the two together and a red boss appears every three hours, alternating bottom and top.

Those hours are local server time, and they are the same on ASIA, INMENA, EU, NA and SA. Mirkit's Timing page lists both with a live countdown for your region, on the server clock or your own.

Summoned bosses are a separate system. Some Secret Peak bosses are called at an altar with a summon badge, and 9F, 10F and 11F each brought badge crafting manuals or altars of their own. A summoned boss shows up when someone uses a badge, so there is no timer to track.

Where to find Legendary Darksteel in Secret Peak

Legendary Darksteel in Secret Peak has no single fixed spot. About 60 minutes after a Legendary node is mined, a new one appears somewhere else on the peak, so you run a timer and check the gold-marked spots on your floor's map.

Darksteel is the reason most players are here. At base cost, one Legendary crafting combine burns 25,000 Darksteel, and a Legendary Dragon Artifact charges a 25,000,000 Darksteel fee on top of its materials. Epic nodes add up over a session. Legendary nodes are what move a build forward.

Mirkit's Darksteel overlay marks nodes in the game's own grade colors: red for Epic, gold for Legendary. On the 1F/6F layout gold is the minority, a handful of markers spread across the west side, the middle and the east edge. On 7F/8F the picture flips: gold outnumbers red and covers most of the map, with a tight group in the upper left.

Read the gold markers as places a Legendary node can appear, not as nodes that are all live at once. When one gets mined, start the Legendary ore timer, then sweep the gold spots closest to your route as the hour runs down. The 60 minutes is a player-timed figure too, the same as the boss timers.

The Ores overlay follows the same pattern. On 1F/6F it shows six red nodes and no gold at all, while 7F/8F mixes red and gold across the whole map. If gold ore is the goal, the higher layout is where it lives.

The other overlays: Energy, Plants, Chests and Goblins

Five more overlays sit next to Darksteel and Ores. Energy and Plants mark gathering spots, and Chests marks the boxes scattered around the floor, with the higher-grade chests glowing on the map. Goblin Guard and Goblin Hunter show where those two goblin types stand.

All seven stack, and each one changes with the floor you pick, because the two layouts place everything differently. Mirkit has no overlay set for 9F, 10F or 11F yet, so on those floors you lean on the boss timers and your own marks.

Planning a Secret Peak boss route

The map itself suggests a loop. Three spawns sit close together on the west side: the upper left green, the middle left green and the lower left orange. The top middle green is a short walk north-east from there, the orange on the far right is the long leg, and the bottom right green closes the circuit.

A clean loop clears the west cluster first, heads up through the top middle, crosses to the far right orange and drops to the bottom right green. The west timers have been running the whole way, so by the time you head back you know whether to wait or keep moving. Bend the loop toward whichever red boss is due next.

If you play two characters, give each one its own account tab on the map. Timers, marks, floor and overlays stay separate per account, and the alarm watches all of them at once.

Tracking it all on Mirkit's Secret Peak map

Mirkit's Maps page turns all of this into a board you keep open next to the game. Click a boss icon to start its 30 or 60 minute timer, click again to cancel a mistake, and use the separate Legendary ore button for the hourly node. Alarms ring once per timer, at the spawn or 30 seconds, 1 minute or 5 minutes before, with their own volume and a test button.

Left click drops a turquoise mark and right click a red one, handy for nodes you have cleared or the corner where a rival clan camps. It is all free and needs no login. Your setup lives in the browser's own storage, so it won't follow you to another device, and the tab has to stay open for the alarm to sound.
